This project involved the preparation of a detailed Development Control Plan for a residential expansion area to the existing coastal village of Brunswick Heads. This plan addressed, inter alia, environmental protection, vehicular/pedestrian movement systems, drainage and activity systems management strategy, and a residential density allocation.
