This was an innovative approach by a group of Ballina locals to try to solve the problem of escalating land and housing prices. The project involved the rezoning of approximately 21 hectares, detailed site analysis and design, utilising the Model Code provisions of the Joint Venture for More Affordable Housing. Steve Connelly acted as the environmental planner for the preparation and lodgement of the Development Application and associated documentation.
