PLANNERS NORTH was engaged to prepare a Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) to accompany the development application for construction of a pavilion, with alterations and additions to the existing building.
Car parking requirements and liquor licensing needed to be considered, and a Heritage Impact Statement prepared to accompany the application. This proposal has been designed to complement the existing heritage item with building works being consistent with the protection and preservation of items detailed in the Statement of Heritage Impact prepared by Kate Gahan.
Various State Environmental Planning Policies apply to the development, so consultation and comment were provided for those provisions that were relevant to this development application.
