This proposal represented the first major step in “opening up” the next major phase of residential land for the City of Lismore. The Development Application was the culmination of a decade of strategic planning work by the Council and landowners for the locality know as “North Lismore Plateau”. Our application sought and gained consent for a master planned subdivision of over 400 residential lots, a commercial allotment, open space and large tracts set aside for environmental management.
The application sought approval for the subdivision as well as the implementation of infrastructure, heritage and environmental management works.
