Orchard Hills is located at the eastern extremity of the neighbourhood of Goonellabah, City of Lismore. The subject application sought Council’s approval for some 300 lots to be undertaken in five stages. The style of layout chosen was of a modified Green Street style, to complement the character of curve and linear development forms prevailing in the Goonellabah locality, as well as maintaining important vegetation and drainage corridors in the site.
