We undertook this major rezoning proposal to provide for the creation of a new neighbourhood to the coastal village of Lennox Head. Set in the hinterland environs to the village, the parcel had a total area of 132 ha. The adopted master plan provided for 50% residential, 2% school, 1% community use, 32% open space, and 15% roading. The total projected population was about 4000 persons.
Since then the ownership and master planning for the site has gone through various iterations and the land is currently marketed under the banner of EPIQ Lennox.
