The existing town centre was upgraded to incorporate landscaping, traffic and pedestrian precincts. The works entailed design and documentation of civil works including footpath and roadway reconstruction, traffic and pedestrian precincts and landscaping. The project was staged over a period of three years with progressive works being undertaken.
